Not that you’re safe and all since, well you know. But moving past that, you need something to occupy your days in prison that are healthy, efficient and work in your favor for the rest of your life. Let’s try to find you something that’ll keep you out of the red-zone and into a good path.

10. Positive thoughts

The first thing you need to know is that this is a situation that is temporary. Please do not think your life has halted or does not hold any meaning any more. Surrounding yourself with positive and good thoughts will help you realize that life has a huge value attached to it. Always perceive everything in a healthy manner and try to think well about everything and everyone. Realize that no one is here to harm you but only to help you. Let them. Learn to look at the world in a new way; a colorful manner. See the beauty in people and in the environment. Be good to them; be polite and share these positive thoughts with your mates.
