The players first fall into two groups and then a set of cups, the infamous ‘red’ cups is set up in a triangle. The player has to land a ping pong ball in the opposite team’s cup and if the player manages to do so, the opponent has to drink from the same cup that the ball landed in.

7. King’s Cup

A plastic or any cup is placed at the centre of the table and a deck of cards is spread around the cup with all the jokers removed.
Players gather around the table, each with their drink. To begin, the first player draws a card. Each different card has its rules. However, one important thing to remember about King’s Cup is that the rules are fluid. Many groups have their set of rules for different cards. A sample set of rules is as follows:

Ace: Everyone must drink until the player who drew the card stops drinking. It is up to the player as to whether or not everyone finishes their glass or just takes a few sips

Jack: The player makes a rule that must be followed for the rest of the game

6. Power Hour

This game is all about drinking. This game requires you to drink every minute for the next whole hour. Sounds easy? Trust me, it isn’t. It doesn’t really involve any rules but its your wish to add some to make it more fun than it already is. For example, if someone leaves their seat while the game is on, they pay for a round of shots, etc.

5. Quarters

Quarters or the Indian version, Coins. I think the name suggests what the game is all about. The size and type of the drink is decided before the game begins. The game can be played with any number of players but a 3-7 are preferred. The glass (your drink) is placed at the centre of a table and the players are seated around it. To decide who goes first any method can be used from the spin of a coin to the spin of a bottle or standard shotgun rules.

The shooter tries to bounce a coin off the table and into a glass. If the coin goes into the glass, the shooter chooses a person at the table to consume. The shooter’s turn is over when he/she does not make the coin in the cup. Play then proceeds to the next shooter. To make things more exciting, rules are developed by the shooters only after making three quarters into the glass in a row. If any rules are broken, the guilty party must consume.

4. Flip, Sip or Strip

The rules of this game are simple. You take a coin and flip it and while its in the air, call heads or tails. If you’re right, pass the coin to your right. If you’re wrong, pass the coin to your left and either take a sip from your drink or strip a piece of clothing or accessory. But, you can’t do the same thing (sip or strip) more than twice in a row.

3. Attached at the hips!

So, you scribble body parts on pieces of paper and put them together. Everyone makes a team of two and picks up two chits. They have to make sure that the body parts mentioned in the chits touch each other or are ‘attached’ for as long as they can. Every time someone separates, they take a shot. Keep the game a little decent Fellas, you don’t wanna make your guests uncomfortable.

2. Truth or shots

Yes, it is exactly what you are thinking about. The rules are simple. You and your friends answer some sexy, juicy, evil and awkward questions about your life. Real and personal. And those who refuse to answer, take a shot. To make it fun, you can add your own rules like, the players cant refuse twice in a row or take two shots when they do so, etc.

1. Straight Face

When you get drunk, it’s tough to keep a straight face and this game challenges just that. You are supposed to write funny or inappropriate sentences on small pieces of paper, make sure its tough to keep a straight face while reading it. Each player picks up a chit of paper, reads it and tries to keep a straight face. The one who giggles or reacts to it has to take a shot.
