It was a practised initiated in ancient India and now people from all over the world come to India to learn its benefits and practice Yoga. It has acquired its position worldwide. Furthermore, it has its place included in colleges, universities, and schools too. Yoga has become a subject on which you can do bachelors, masters and go for research and higher studies. Schools also give importance to Yoga of teaching its benefits and making students practice it.
