We all know the importance of a healthy life but, the concept of what really is a healthy life is still unknown to a lot of us. Too often health is misconstrued with a toned body or complete absence of junk food from the diet. Living healthy feels like a punishment to some people. Some people spend hours in a gym everyday and then stuff themselves with burgers and coke for the rest of the day. In a world which runs on tons of caffeine and which is obsessed with size zero, where fitness is equivalent to spending money on a gym membership; it has become really important to understand what exactly a healthy life means. These foods include salmon, walnuts, yogurt, popcorn, banana, dark chocolates (70% cocoa), oysters, brazil nuts, spinach and turkey.

Quoting Steve jobs again, ” Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be satisfied is to do what you believe is great work, and the only way to do great work is to love what you do”. Imagine! waking up everyday for an 8 to 5 job, which you hate. Dedicating a major part of your time to something you hate, leads to discontentment and disappointment. You end up being miserable and you carry the negativity with yourself all the time. The above symptoms are the biggest characteristics of an unhealthy life. So no matter what happens, never stop following your passion and always try to find meaning in your work.
